Sweep / swap issues

"My transaction succeeded but I got no PP"

Points are credited after server-side verification of the transaction. Wait a moment and refresh. If it persists, the action may have hit its daily cap, or the transaction wasn't made through the app flow. See PP FAQ.

"My streak broke"

If your streak recently broke, you may be able to restore it for a $1 fee — see Streak Recovery.

"My referral isn't showing"

The referral leaderboard refreshes on a periodic snapshot (every few hours); your Profile stats update sooner. See Referral FAQ.

"I can't connect my X or Discord account"

See Linking X & Discord — each social account can only be linked to one DustSwap account at a time.
