PP FAQ¶
Quick answers about Particle Points — earning, caps, boosts, and what PP is (and is not).
About PP itself¶
Is PP a token? Can I sell it? No. PP is an off-chain points balance with no monetary value. It cannot be transferred, traded, or sold. Anyone offering to buy or sell PP is running a scam.
Will PP ever convert to a token or airdrop? DustSwap plans to reward leaderboard standing at a future TGE — but reward structure, eligibility, and timing are not finalized, and nothing specific is guaranteed. Earn PP for the progression; treat unannounced details as unannounced. See Leaderboards.
Where do I see my PP? Your Profile shows total PP, rank, full earning history, and streak status. The Leaderboards show how you compare.
Earning¶
What's the fastest way to earn PP? Keep a daily streak (the boost multiplies everything, up to 4×), check in every UTC day, sweep dust regularly (highest practical daily cap at 5,000 PP), and complete quests. Referrals compound on top — see How Referrals Work.
Why did I get fewer points than expected? Most common reasons, in order: a daily cap was reached (see Earning PP), your streak broke (boost dropped to 0%), or the action isn't boost-eligible (referral bonuses never are).
Do daily caps include the streak boost? Caps apply to the final awarded amount. A high boost reaches the cap faster; it doesn't raise it.
When do caps reset? 00:00 UTC, same clock as check-ins.
Verification¶
My transaction succeeded but I got no PP. Points are credited after server-side verification of the transaction. Allow a moment and refresh. If it persists, the action may have hit its daily cap, or the transaction wasn't made through the app flow.
Can I submit old transactions for PP? To be confirmed before publication — credit is designed for activity recorded through the app at the time of the action.
Can I earn on multiple wallets? Each wallet is a separate account with its own PP. Abusing multi-accounting against referral or quest rules can lead to removal of wrongly earned points.
Spin tickets¶
Are tickets PP? No — tickets are a separate balance earned from check-ins (3 per check-in) and spent on spins (1 per spin). Spins then pay PP prizes (50–500 PP, every spin wins).
